Great Family needs On-call Senior Care

Job Description
Someone to watch my father. He's mobile and cognitive. He's Educated and he speaks English and Arabic. Someone to watch him while we're out and make sure he has lunch or dinner.
Make sure he takes his medicine. Possibly taking for short walks outside the house and sit and watch TV and Converse with them.
There are no overnights needed just someone to sit with him and make sure it's okay while we're out shopping or any dinner event, wedding usually no more than 4 to 6 hours. Sometimes just two to four hours.
Would like someone that speaks English and Arabic. Mainly someone who is Middle Eastern and understands the culture. My father is educated he is cognitive. He does wear hearing aids and is a little hard of hearing.
The ideal person would have flexible hours. We would be very cognizant in regards to your schedule would absolutely provide you with plenty of those so as to give you plenty of time to plan accordingly.
Looking for someone we can depend on and trust and are willing to accommodate any special request for that person. Please let us know if this is something that you may be interested in. Typically the latest you would have to stay with them would be 10:00 to 11:00 p.m. . The realities we need somebody to stay with him, make sure he eats and possibly walk around the neighborhood with him while we're out running errands or an appointments or doing shopping..
My father is not on a walker it does not need a cane he just needs someone to walk with him to make sure that he's confident and not worried about falling. Looking for somebody two times a week maybe three. He is typically pleasant and likes to talk about history, politics, science and religions.

Important Information
When older people needs some help at home, it's not necessarily nursing level care. Most often it's companionship and practical help for someone who has some physical limitations and/or creating a safe environment for someone with early stage dementia.
The elderly can experience Issues with sight, hearing or sensitivity to noise and touch. A good eldercare companion is someone who is observant and attentive

Qualifications
- You must be a non-smoker
- You must have or be willing to obtain CPR
- You must have a driver's licence
- You must have a recent criminal record check or be willing to obtain one
