I have over a year of experience working with all ages of children in a leadership setting. I have worked as a reading buddy, an assistant summer camp counsellor and most recently at 4Cats Uptown where my responsibilities included facilitating art parties, summer camps and liaising with parents regarding their children. During my time there I grew to appreciate and value the 'get your hands dirty and experiment' mindset.

Working outside with young people is where I thrive and what I hope to do for the rest of my life. I spent this past summer with Educo Adventure school backpacking in the stein valley on a leadership course where I practiced time management, adaptability, managing the needs of a group and making a plan. I am more than stoked about starting work that holds meaning to the questions I've been exploring in my life regarding reengaging children and teens in their learning.

I must disclose than I am 17 years old and turning 18 in September. I have my Novice Drivers license so can only have 1 passenger, but can drive all hours of the day. I have access to a car. I am able to work with all ages of kids but have more experience with children over the age of 1 year.
