    Hello. My name is Wendy and I have always love working with children. I began babysitting when I was 11 years old. Right out of University I got a job working at a licensed daycare center. When I was blessed with my own children I decided to open my home daycare so I could stay home with them. I enjoyed over 10 years running my daycare. I loved planning monthly themes and activities for the children, reading to them everyday as well as doing crafts and going for walks to the parks. I also enjoyed watching to see what activities were 'hits' and 'misses' with each child. The decision to close my home daycare was simply to 'get my home back' as my children are now teenagers.
