My name is Virgenia 35 years old. I am an elementary teacher in my home town Philippines. I am a stay home mom but because of the needs of my family I am now looking for a job specifically in child care/ nanny field. I am a happy outgoing person and loves to be around with kids. As a worker, my employers were satisfied and often praise me for the good service. I am a self-motivated, hard working individual and pride myself with the ability to work under pressure in stressful situations. I have a 12 years experienced as a nanny.
I worked for a family in Hong Kong for 4 years, 1 child who's at that time was 5. My duties and responsibilities were tutoring 5 year old child, marketing, cooking, time management, and some household chores. The reason why I left HongKong was to come and live here in Canada.
I arrived in Canada and found a very loving family in Newmarket. This family has 4 girls, ages 9, 7, 3 and 5 months when I came. My duties were general care for a pre-school children, perform housework related to child care, including washing clothes, cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, washing bottles, plan lead educational activities including reading and story telling. After 4 years of my service I decided to have my own family, so I moved here in Toronto to start my life, nevertheless my love and support of this family is still attached. I might be a stranger when I came first time in their lives but because of my passion and love with their kids we became close friends until now.
