Hello,
My name is Veronica. I am a student in the Early Childhood Education program at Vanier College and I am currently completing my last semester in the 3 year program. I have a police check as well as my first aid, CPR and epinephrine certification.
I have babysat children between the ages of 1 and 10. In addition, I have worked as a nanny in which my primary responsibility was to care for a 13 month old child. I have also completed 3 fieldwork placements at different early childhood centres, which include a placement in a toddler classroom, following a placement in a 3 to 4 class and lastly, an infant classroom.
My hobbies and interests include swimming, dancing, reading and taking walks. In one of my courses, I put together a binder full of over 50 learning experiences and activities suited for each age group (infant, toddler, preschool and school age) and would be happy and willing to plan activities with the children.
I am motivated, punctual and responsible. I am excited to learn new things and ready to take on new challenges.
