About Me
Hello.
About me, eh? Well, I am new to Calgary. I drove here from New Brunswick with my boy-friend and two adorable kitties in our old beater truck. We left just a few days after I graduated from the Nova Scotia Community College(nscc); where I studied Business Administration with a Management Concentration.
While I studied at nscc, I acquired OHS & WHMIS. During the time I worked at the Bridge Street Cafe as a Barista, I acquired CPR & AED First Aid; however I have also obtained First Aid on many different occasions always keeping up to date.
I have a valid class 5 license and have been driving for 4-6 years. Although I come from a small town, I have become very comfortable with my City (inner, and outer) driving. I have my own vehicle, but I am also capable of driving much larger vehicles than the average 21-year-old female.
I have been registered with the Big Brothers; Big Sisters program in Moncton, New Brunswick. However I did not end up becoming a Big Sister, not because I wasn't liable, but because I had been promoted to manager at the Bridge Street Cafe whilst attending full-time college. I didn't feel like I could fully commit to the role.
I absolutely love kids. I have a 1. 5-year-old niece. I babysat for the same woman since the time I was 13, of course, at first it was my best friend and I but as the years went on, it was just me. I watched her beautiful twin girls grow up, and I somewhat had something to do with it. It was and still is such a great feeling.
I am super fun, energetic, silly, playful, and up to do anything. I love love love crafts and I have got lots of great ideas too. I like playing outdoors, and making forts. I have played many sports like hockey, soccer, lacrosse, track & field, etc. Throughout school I took part in improv, drama and all those crazy fundraisers. I was also in Sparks, Brownies, and Girl Guides.- Education: Graduate degree
