My name is Tory Stangl and I am seeking a position as a nanny for a loving family.

I graduated from the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University in May 2014 and have been working in Public Relations since then. I recently moved to Glendale California, where I’ve been working as a freelance communications specialist. I am seeking an additional position as a nanny for a more reliable income, while I build my business. Because I work from home, my schedule is very flexible so you can depend on me if you have an emergency or need to alter your schedule.

Why I’m qualified to care for your child/children:
• I started babysitting from a young age and have cared for multiple children at a time, including children with special needs.
• I graduated with honors from a leading journalism and communication school, so you can be confident that your child will learn (and have fun!) in my care.
• I taught gymnastics to children ages 2-12 at the YMCA where I created lesson plans, sang songs, played games and helped the children meet their goals.
• I’ve been CPR, First Aid and AED certified and am working towards renewing those certifications.
• My father is an Emergency Doctor and is just a phone/Skype call away!
• I have a dog, so I am comfortable tending to any pets you may have.
• “A clean home is a happy home” is my motto, so you can rely on me to keep your home tidy.
• I enjoy cooking and would be happy to help with meal prep!
• I own a reliable SUV, so I’d be happy to assist with pick-up/drop-off for school and activities.

A little more about me:
I was born and raised in Kansas and am the youngest of three children. I have two older brothers and a darling niece, who will be two in August. I went to school in Arizona and became a member of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, where I was very active holding several leadership positions. I have several relatives on the west coast and have always loved it here, so I decided to make the move this past May! I’ve always loved children and would be thrilled to meet and get to know you and your loved ones!
