    My name is Teila Brown, I am currently employed at Edible Canada on Granville island. I love my boss, coworkers and the island but I find it is no longer emotionally fulfilling. In September I moved to Vancouver, I love it here, but left behind my family, including my 4 year old brother and 2 year old sister. They were (still are) my babies, I was an in house babysitter for all of my adolescence, I miss it dearly. I have so much love for children and a strong desire to make an impact, I'm just not ready to have my own kids!

    When my mother talked about having another baby I was 12, that same day I went to the library and rented every book I could find on pregnancy, infancy, childhood and everything in between. Since I was a child I have been extremely invested in what it means to be a good role model.

    I would be honored to be trusted with assisting you in nurturing your beautiful little humans.
