During my time as an Educational Assistant and a graduate at Red River College, I have developed several skills and reached many goals. I believe I am an excellent fit for this job role and suitable for this organization. These valuable experiences include, working with children from various age groups, one on one teaching with students in assorted subjects and teaching students to gain effective classroom etiquette, and social development skills. I have advanced abilities in enabling students to be excited to learn, and I have countless patience for them. These are a few of many key components that are needed in order to be successful in the childcare field of work. Being a student myself not long ago, I understand how children need to be encouraged and motivated in order to become effective learners. I feel it is up to today’s childcare providers to ensure they grow and I believe this challenge is meant for me to conquer. My effort towards each past job experience reflects on this statement. I have worked very hard to achieve the goals I have set for myself, and my dedication and strong work ethic has allowed me to be successful. I am excited to expand my experience and I am eager to further my education as needed in order achieve success. Throughout each job opportunity I have been fortunate enough to encounter, I’ve learned many life lessons, which have taken place in unlikely settings and with many diverse groups of people. These experiences have allowed me to not only expand my employment skills, but my social skills as well. I feel I can use these strongly developed interpersonal skills to continue to connect with individuals on a personal level. This being said, I feel particularly confident in my suitability for this position. My past success in a children’s educational setting has motivated me to make goals for the future in this extremely rewarding field.
