    We are a daycare in a spacious town home with a fenced yard in beautiful Champlain Heights, easily accessible from most of Vancouver, Richmond & Burnaby. Care has been given to choosing esthetically pleasing developmental, educational & just plain fun puzzles, toys & books. We enjoy climbers, riding toys & a sand box in our small yard. Or, we wander to one of our many local playgrounds or walk through Everett Crowley Park. The ducks are back, so we are excited about feeding them again. Welcome home, ducks! Spring is here! We also enjoy our local Strong Start, Neighbourhood House, play gym & library. While professional & experienced, we definitely have a family feel to us. We share our home with a friendly dog & cat, & a homeschooled 14 year old. We are spontaneous within a flexible routine. I have 20 years experience & references providing childcare to infants & children, with & without special needs.
