Dear Parents, As a graduate of the early childhood education program at Lambton College in combination with the behavioural interventionist certificate at Family Centred Practices Group, I have gained hands-on, practical experience programming for a wide variety of children with different developmental levels. I am looking for a full time position as I believe I would be a great asset to your team. Working as a professional Early Childhood Educator for over 5 years I have become confident working with a variety of different professionals, independently and as part of a team. I am a flexible employee who will work where is most needed. I have a great understanding of what learning tools work best for each age group; as I have run programs for children ranging from the ages 6 months to 12 years of age. Throughout my career, continued education and travels I have gained a variety of skills that could be a great addition to your team such as: strong communicative skills, time management, and organizational skills. I enjoy telling interactive stories with children to help spark their imagination; develop their creative thinking; and gain confidence in their speaking abilities. I am able to establish strong relationships easily with parents and children because of my openness to their individual needs. Growing up and working on our family dairy farm has formed me into the hardworking and reliable employee that employers strive for. But I am also a creative individual who has trained in Illustration of picture books, foundations of drawing, acrylic painting and photography.
