My name is Shailyn. I am an enthusiastic, energetic, and devoted nanny with an abundance of childcare experience. As of August 2012 until May 2014, I was a part-time nanny for two children ages 1 and 7, one which was diagnosed with Autism. I am trustworthy and interested in remaining receptive to the needs of the parents and the children. I strive to meet both disciplinary and educational while providing tender love, patients and care a child needs to establish a healthy relationship. Also, I am sure to illustrate clear guidelines which encourage positive behavior patterns. I am able to cook a variety of meals from around the world as well as cater to special dietary needs. I enjoy spending time with children. I hope to one day pursue a career as a child and youth worker. I love music, playing sports, and cooking.
