My name is Riley and I am 24 years old. I have completed my ECE and BA in Early Childhood Education at Fanshawe College. I currently reside in Toronto but will be moving to Sudbury where I am looking for a full/part time position. I grew up attending the Durham Catholic District School board throughout my schooling years and spent a term working as an ECE intern within their Kindergarten classroom. I feel that my love and passion for children as well as my effective organization, planning and curriculum implementation skills would be an asset.
Throughout my years of schooling and thereafter, I have four years’ experience in working in the childcare industry and bring a positive attitude and a smile to every center I have worked in. My skills include effective curriculum developmentally appropriate planning and maintaining effective communication with parents and children and coming up with an educational plan that best suits the child’s needs. I have also been trained in various related workshops and courses that are relevant to this position.
