Hello Families., I am always excited when I go for job interview because I look forward to meeting the whole family especially the children and any pets at home. Being in this job is a huge challenge for me because every child is unique. But this is were it become very interesting when you experience to be with them and witness growth and development in different age levels. Getting involve in their activities , actually helps me bond with your children. You started to learn their personality and guide them to what is best for them and at the same time respect their own choices or ideas.
