Hi there let me tell you a little more about myself and my work and life experience.

I’m 58 yrs old I have two grown children, my son is in social work working with disability persons, following in my mother’s footsteps.

I was born and raised in Vancouver. Graduated, and went on to become a esthetician’ also I needed something more rewarding so I volunteered my time to a house that cared for foster children and children with behavioral issues. I later tried to get into Sunnyside house but lacked the credentials .
I discovered though my true passion.

Later when dealing with my Mother’s diagnosis of Cancer and the hardest part was her Dementia. People don’t realize until you live it, the stress and physiological damage It comes with, causing devastating consequences to the families. I soon learned a valuable lesson for life and how vulnerable we all are,

I wish to continue working with this kind of work, helping those who need help and love, which I also know family is not always there for the elderly their own children are to close or irresponsible to help.

On that note I wish to express how helping your loved ones will help me, To feel better about life and how I miss my mom and dad, they would be so happy to see me continue with my caring ways.!
