Hi. I am a single mother of a 2 year old, Bohdan. I was working full time as a manager of an art studio while Bohdan was in daycare but my art studio is about to close and I need to find work immediately. I went to school for theatre but have not had much luck working in the arts, so I am ready for something different.
After having my son, I realized how much I love working with children and how good I am at it. I love to cook, bake, clean (really, I do), organize activities, do crafts, do yoga, sing and dance and be silly. I would be a cool and fun nanny while knowing how to teach children, understanding their frustrations and being patient with their progress and development.
I have a lot of experience that is helpful for the position of a Nanny. My first university degree is in Drama in Education and I am also a trained dance teacher. I have taught dance to children from the ages of 3-16 as well as elementary level drama classes. At the end of the day, being a parent is the best training anyone can get for being a caregiver. I am a superb caregiver and I hope to share this skill and passion with another wonderful family.
