I am a good person, I love taking good care of elderly as like that I care to my Grandma way back home. I experienced working with elderly having dementia while Im taking my practicum in Bethany Hills. Most of them are good some are aggressive and agitated but I learned how to handled it. I know some recreational activities like singing, dancing, playing bingo/cards, range of motion exercise, reading and sports as well. During my training we helped them to improved the quality of their life, encouraging them to do the things independently as long as they can. Support them whatever they want as long they are safe. I provide compassionate care, showing respect and treat them like a family because I know whatever I do I will work it with all of my heart as working with the LORD.
