I am a person with a keen interest in helping people in need, I have a loving and caring personality and have always been respectful in my approach towards management, fellow staff, and the client that I have supported. My communication skills are strong, as are my work ethics, integrity and values. I am capable to work independently, as well as within a team setting. I'm organized and is able to balance numerous responsibilities. I have a very positive attitude and is flexible and open minded to adapt when there are changes. I am also efficient in administering medication, helping clients with personal care, and helping the clients to connect with the community and their families.
