Active and fun loving mom and daughter duo offering summer babysitting for kids over 7, in our home for $5/hour per child from June 1-September 7 weekdays but we can also accommodate some weekends. It is a flexible care model, so if you need one day a week, 3 hours or five days, we are able to accommodate your needs. Minimum time per child though is 3 hours per day that you come because we will be on the go! Drop off and pick up your child as early or as late as you need (as early as 7am or late as 6pm) but we can only accommodate 5 children at a time. We can also do overnight if needed for those pesky business trips or late nights at the office. Availability starting right away throughout June to September. We hold certifications in Standard First Aid/CPR, Bronze Cross, Babysitting Course and both myself and my husband hold current police screens and currently volunteer as coach and trainer for our kids hockey and soccer teams. (of note, my husband will be home from time to time when not at work and will help out too since he's really a big kid himself). Home located in ValleyView (river oaks) south of Dundas just off Neyagawa, with a large playroom full of toys and video games for super hot or rainy days. We live on a quiet court with lots of grass and space for playing soccer, baseball and games. In addition, we have hockey and basketball nets and will go outside twice or more daily while taking walking trips to local parks and splashpads, while also doing picnics or going for short hikes in the trail. We have a backyard swimming pool too where we will play safely in the water and have bbqs on the deck. Peanut free lunches and multiple snacks/drinks and sunscreen applications included (as well as occasional ice cream and popsicles)! Before 8am and After 6pm hours include meals ie breakfast or dinner. Most food allergies can be accommodated but we cannot accommodate pet allergies (cats). We can discuss any other needs your child may have (inhaler, medication, special needs etc) and determine if and how we can accommodate.
