Hello lovely families! My name is Lindi, and I believe very strongly in being a connected caregiver. I am excellent at adapting to the parenting styles, rules and values of different families, while following my instincts and being sensitive to the individual needs of a child. I am conscious of and informed about nutrition, able to cook, and have a great deal of experience cleaning houses as well as providing overnight care, tutoring children with learning disabilities and caring for infants and children of all ages. I am an energetic person and I love to play outside with the children, engage in imaginative play and provide sensory activities. As I am a visual artist in my spare time, and on a path to becoming an art therapist, I am passionate about encouraging creativity and expression in children. I always ensure the house is in better condition than the parents left it. I see my role as a caregiver as being one of having a calming effect on families by providing much needed relief and support to parents while engaging children in a fun, meaningful and nurturing way.
