Hello, my name is Kya. I am a part-time student, avid reader, animal lover and biking enthusiast. I was born in Waterloo, Ontario and moved to Montreal the summer of 2014, where I have been enjoying the diversity, culture and community ever since. I am an only child but grew up in a tight-knit community where the older kids naturally watched out for the younger ones. When I turned 13 and acquired my first aid training I started my long-lived babysitting career. During and after high school and starting university I explored this interest more via camp counselling, instructing and nannying.
