My name is Katherine , I am a second year Political Science major at Queen's University and am searching for a full time summer position with a fun loving family and am available for full day care beginning as early as late April. Over the past summer I balanced three jobs while living in my home town which included started my own business running art camps for children 6-12, acting as a care giver for two amazing girls (ages 2 and 9), and hosting at a restaurant.
I am excellent in time management, fully devoted helping children learn and thrive and are happy to cook and clean if needed. I can both read and write in French and would be happy to teach or tutor children so they can continue to learn through the summer months. Also as previously mentioned I have a great deal of experience as an art instructor. I believe that summer break is an excellent time to develop children's learning that may not be covered in the class room throughout the year. I have experience carrying for children of all ages, infant to age 12 and would happy to provide the contact information of the last family I cared for if requested.
