    Dear Family, My name is Kaitlyn and I have recently moved to the area from Manitoba. I graduated in June 2012 from an Early Childhood Education diploma course. I have worked within an Early Learning Centre from the age of 15, working in ratio with them from the time I was 18. Before working within a Early Learning Centre I had the opportunity to see and help my sister raise her children from the time I was 8 years old. I am a firm believer in allowing children to experience the world in order to learn, therefore I love to give children the tools they need to properly explore the world. Exploring the world with the child is one of my greatest pleasures, it helps me to see the world through the eyes of a child, which is simply amazing.
