I am a mature female retired. I did not finish High school, but went to George Brown College in Toronto to get my Nursery aide certificate. I have a police check and took the red Cross first aid, but did not pass. I have had considerable experience with babies& and kids up to 3 yrs.

I have worked for other agencies which have been a pleasant and rewarding experience. My goal now is to find some part time work to supplement my income, but not full time,so as affect my government pension.

Also it has been 8 years since I worked, so i realize that I am not as energetic as I once was. I have done volunteer work helping in my church Sunday school, helped in a play group, worked for a short time at a Montessori school, and had retail experience at an infant and toddler clothing store, and with Scholastic books.

I miss being with the kids. I recently moved to another location in Richmond Hill Ont. In my previous basement apt. I had 2 young girls upstairs, 1 & 3 yrs old. The 3yr. old constantly cried at night, and I still find myself waiting to hear her as I am retiring for bed.The young mother apologized constantly for all the noise, but I didn't mind. In my present location there is a 4 year old boy, who will be going to school in Sept.
