Hello, I am a semi-retired health care aide professional who enjoys the rewards of caring for others. I have worked as a resident care aide in private settings and retirement homes. I have experience in housekeeping, running errands, shopping for groceries and laundry. I practice yoga and meditation which has greatly improved my lifestyle. These two practices along with interest in nutrition and eating plans that address specific health conditions helps to round out my holistic approach to care giving.
