About Me
I was born and raised in British Columbia with five rambunctious younger siblings (not much can scare me). This fall I will be heading into my third year at U of T, where I am studying Psychology, Education, and French.
In BC I spent a great deal of my spare time hiking, trail running, and taking trips to the beach. Now that I live in Toronto, I like to bike around the city, jog around Queen's Park, and channel my creativity through lots of crafts and DIY projects. My days often involve some form of paid or volunteer work with children; I teach Sunday school, assist in a French immersion class, and work as a Program Director for a summer camp. I consider myself a social justice advocate and love to help kids of all backgrounds and identities feel empowered.
I love kids and all things kid-related. This includes, but is not limited to: picture books, fort-building, playing outside, finger painting, educational games, glitter glue, tickle fights, naps, storytelling, cooking, making messes (and cleaning up afterward), crafts of all kinds, field trips, and singing silly songs.- Education: Graduate degree
