Hi, my name is Jailene, I am newly married, and have a special place in my heart for kids. I have been living in Fort Mcmurray, Alberta for the past year and a half with my husband, working for the YMCA Out of School Care program for kids between the ages of 5-12 years old. I am moving back to BC mid august, and will be looking for a job that continues to keep me surrounded by the thing I love most, children. My job at the YMCA has been so amazing, and has given me an abundance of experience, from coordinating activities, to group facilitation, to problem solving and encouraging artistic creativity within children. I have supervised groups as large as 30, and feel after working with such a large group of diverse children, having my own kids one day will be a breeze. I have a younger brother and sister who are twins, and my passion for babysitting started with them when I was old enough to help out. I have 2 nieces and 2 nephews who stole my heart, and I can't tell you enough just how joyous children make me feel. I love being outdoors, going for walks, swimming, biking, and organizing fun activities that challenge a child's mind and creativity. I am nurturing, kind, patient, and love making kids laugh. I have my First Aid and CPR, with plenty of experience applying it while working on the job. I would love to meet you and your children and see if we click.
