    I am a 23 year old woman with some previous experience working with children. I have always enjoyed children. I love the one on one interactions that happen during the day and I believe in building relationships with children that last. I also believe that children are the future so we must interact and teach them in ways that will best promote their well being as an individual with great potential. Each child has unique gifts and talents and abilities and each child responds to different ideas and disciplines in different ways. I believe in love and a nurturing spirit that will enable the children to have a positive environment to grow up in.
