To Moms and Dads out there, Hi! I am Gloria a mom, with a beautiful baby girl and I am 34 years old. As a nanny . I have experience caring for children from new born to 7 years old for 8 years. My role as a nanny to a busy family of five, they have new born child, 5 years old boy special child( autistic) and a 7 years old girl. I learned how difficult it can be to manage the varying needs of children in diverse stages of development. I honed the ability to care for each child individually, while paying close attention to the needs of the group most especially the special child .. During my stay with them, I demonstrated physical therapy and speech therapy for the autistic child, prepared there healthy snacks, supervised children with there swimming lessons, dropping to there schools and to the therapy appointment of the special one, help with homework, bathe the baby and put her to sleep. So I stayed with them for almost 2 years and 8 months and then I decided to come here to Canada for greener pasture.. During my stay here in Canada, I went to Sudbury first with a family of four the kids aged 3 and 6 years old both girls.. After that I decided to moved here in Toronto and in my stay here I work to Mr. and Mrs. Waggot for 2 years and 6 months they are a family of four too with 2 girls aged 2 and 4 when I started with them. On my stay with them I dropped and pick up the 2 years old to her school and after school I organized some play dates or arts and crafts activities, singing and dancing. With the 4 years old I prepare here lunch to bring to school and assist her with here needs before the school bus to come pick her up. So when the girls are in school that is the time for me to take the opportunity to do the household chores like to do vacuum, mopping the floor, doing the laundry and changing the linens and preparing there healthy meals sometimes to do grocery shopping. And the reason why I'm not with them anymore because they migrated to California coz Mr. Waggot got a job at Stanford University but until now we still come communications like doing Skype.. My skills I work independently and as a part of the team, good communication and written skills and I am a hardworking woman, patient and energetic.
