I am Genoveva 35 years old. I just graduated of Personal Support Worker last august and I got experienced in cawtra long term care Mississauga. I learned a lot I taking care different resident who as Alzheimer, dementia, or a palliative person, I just make sure that time that I Assist in providing emotional and physical comfort and safety to the residents
Observe and report changes in the residents physical and emotional conditions
Help ensure that each resident receives the proper diet, assist with meal serving and feed or assist residents
Assist in maintaining the residents units in a clean and tidy fashion at a professional service providing organization and apply my best skills and practices to gain excellent career advancement and or to utilize my knowledge. before that I work also on Taiwan for 5 yrs in home care taking care children, then when I am here as live in caregiver for 4yrs after I got my open permit I study psw course, then finally I got my certificate as psw, ma'm/sir if you giving me a chance to work with I will do my best coz I am hardworking and willing to learn, I really appreciate about this matter, thank you so much and God Bless.
