Hello,
I have happily been a nanny for 8 years now for different families and all ages of children. 1 to 14 years old.
I have enjoyed this work tremendously and always have a great relationship with all the children and the parents.
I am a mature "sensible" person", a youngish grandmother but have alot of energy and enjoy keeping the children active.
I take the job very seriously and love to plan my days with the children in advance which includes, games of all types, arts and crafts, baking, music and dancing, treasure hunts etc.
A day could include anything from playing hockey in the garage to having a tea party in the afternoon. As I drive and have a car, we have gone on alot of outings as well, to
pumpkin patches, movies, "Kids Zone" (indoor playground), water parks, picnics etc. I also have had the responsibility of keeping the children on schedule and getting them
to and home from Kindergarten, pre-school etc.
I am perfectly OK also to do housekeeping, making meals, lunches, laundrey, and general clean up.
The house is always kept in perfect order and clean for the parents when they return home.
