I've been looking after children for about ten years now, and I have experience with multiple children of all ages, from birth to pre-teen. Over the past several years, I have completed babysitter training, first aid, and in-service training with the City of Surrey. I have worked as a program leader for several years at a community center, and have experience as a part-time nanny for several different families. I have traveled extensively, and have a lot of volunteer work with vulnerable children and youth of all different backgrounds and cultures in countries such as India, China, Uganda, and Zimbabwe. I love working with, and interacting with children, and have been told many times that I relate well to them.

I also have a lot of experience with animals, as I grew up with multiple family pets throughout my childhood, and my family currently has four large dogs.

I am currently volunteering in Zimbabwe, but I will be available to work starting at the end of August '14.
