    I have many years of babysitting experience. I worked with the same young boy for about 4 years doing after school care. I volunteered my highschool's lifeskill's program (special education program for students with cognitive and physical disabilities) for a year and a half. After graduation, I moved to Switzerland for a year where I worked in a school for children who have special needs. I was an intern in a kindergarten classroom of eight students. I've worked with children on the autism spectrum, who have down's syndrome, fragile X syndrome, etc. Some of the aspects of my job included: meal time, diaper changing, accident cleanup, personal hygiene, craft time, supervision, discipline, personal care and education planning, problem solving, problem prevention, activity planning, and more.
    I've also been accepted into the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at NIC starting in the fall.
    I am positive, mature and love kids!
