About Me
My name is Eman and I am a fourth year student at the University of Toronto completing a major in human biology with a secret passion for childcare. For as long as I can remember I have loved children. As a teen I would jump at the opportunity to babysit my younger cousins. I really enjoy doing fun little experiments with them and helping them explore their nerdier sides. I have also had some experience volunteering within a variety of elementary schools, at the Peel Children’s Center in Mississauga and I even help organize a robotics competition for children in the GTA with a division of Toronto Rehabilitation. I love getting the opportunity to meet new people as I feel that we learn something new from everyone we encounter in life. I am an outgoing, friendly, organized and responsible person. I enjoy exploring new things and sometimes let my imagination run wild, which I find to be an asset when taking care of children. When not working with kids you will usually find me in a library surrounded by a pile of books, consuming copious amounts of Starbucks, at the gym or spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
