  • About Me

    My name is Elira. I have completed my degree in Child and Youth Care at Ryerson University in Toronto. I have spent the last 3 years working on cruise ships for Royal Caribbean International as a youth staff, taking care of children 3 to 11 years old. as well as working the majority of the time in the nursery with babies and toddlers 6 months to 33 months. Prior to that I have worked with children with mental and physical disabilities. I have worked with children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a school setting, as well as children with epilepsy at the Hospital for Sick Children.
    I love children, whether it is taking care of their basic needs, playing with them, teaching them, and everything in between. I am a very responsible individual and succeed in any task I am faced with.
    This year from March 2014 until July 2014 I was a full time nanny for a 12 month old baby and a 5 year old. I am currently looking for short term only for I will be working in Asia in November.
