Dear families, My name is Danielle Owen. I am a third year student at Uvic majoring in Biochemistry in the hopes of becoming a paediatrician. I have always had a passion in working with children since I come from a big european family and had duties of taking care of children from newborns to fourteen years old. Previous experience: I have six years experience in taking care of other families children from newborns to seven years old. Duties include: taking children to and from school, to and from extracurricular activities, organizing fun activities inside and outside the house, preparing meals, tutoring children in french and helping with homework, doing small chores around the house (laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, clean-ups,etc) Hobbies: -I love sports! I play soccer, volleyball and rugby -I'm a volunteer soccer coach, Which I help children ages 8-12 gain excellent self-growth in footwork, communication skills, leadership, and being a team player -I part take in giving back to the community.
