About Me
I am a student at the University of Toronto, entering my fourth year this September. I specialize in Cinema Studies and have a love for art, culture, and history. I have been babysitting off and on for family and friends for years, and even spent my summers aged 14-18 living with cousins aged 4-13 assisting cleaning, cooking, helping the kids with homework, and occupying them to avoid hours in front of the TV. I am an extremely family-oriented person who believes that spending quality time with young ones is crucial to the development of a strong, smart, and caring personality.
I live in a paleo-diet oriented household and can cook healthy and fresh meals as required. I am also a neat-freak that is constantly organizing my surroundings! I would be willing to help keep your house in order as well.
I grew up playing sports (hockey and soccer) and still live an active life. I am also very creative and crafty, constantly embarking on new art projects in my spare time. This is something I tend to collaborate with children on as well.
I also like to keep my ear to the ground for free events going on around the city to show kids new parts of Toronto that they may not have seen before, such as classes at the AGO and ROM, youth-oriented TIFF screenings, etc. I am a well-rounded and mature individual with eclectic interests and a positive attitude. I hope you'll get in touch!
I am currently available full time but will be starting school in September. I will still be available then but it will have to be around my class schedule which will be shared once it is finalized.
