Hi there! My name is Crystal, I am tuning 19 years old this summer and I am a registered apprentice with Mohawk for Child and Youth Worker. I am currently placed at Mary Hopkins Elementary School as a mentor for 8+ children per week and previously I was a support worker at Millgrove Children's Centre with 10+ kids at a time. Being a registered apprentice at Big Brothers Big Sisters, my duties consist of planning activities and crafts for the kids, and being a positive role model in their lives. I have babysat for the last 3 summers for my mothers friends who have 2 children at a time. I have looked after my sister since I was 9 years old and I like to consider myself mature for my age. I do have my own vehicle and license so driving is no problem. I love animals and love to bake so I feel as though not too much in the house hold would affect me negatively. I am currently looking for a full time summer live out position due to my return to school come September but I am willing to remain a babysitter for evenings and weekends after the fall.
