    I am a qualified teacher with 15 years experience teaching in the UK and Shanghai. I am from England and moved to Bedford with my family in the Summer. I have two sons, aged 8 and 10.
    I have taught children aged 18 months to 5 years for the last 15 years. My overriding philosophy to childcare and education is 'Learning Through Play'. I would enjoy playing with lots of different toys, making puzzles, exploring with paint, crayons, markers and playdoh. Take trips to the park to run, jump, climb and throw. Read books, sing songs, bake cookies and cakes. Take trips to the local Library and pool.
    I firmly believe that children need to be loved, feel safe and respected and given a wide variety of opportunities to explore in order to develop to their potential. When children are happy and safe they will flourish.
