Hello. My names Chelsey, I am 24 years old, and I am currently working part-time towards my bachelors in social sciences.

I have been a part-time nanny for a 2 year-old boy for the past year (where occasionally his 6 year-old sister joins when not in school). Before that, I also nannied for a 2.5 year-old girl for a year as well. I can definitely provide references from these two families. I also have experience babysitting - for awhile I was babysitting four siblings all under the age of 9, with a 12 month old being the youngest. I also have experience working in nurseries, coaching a 2-5 year-old soccer program, in addition to pre-teen and youth work. I currently am a youth sex educator with Vancouver Coastal Health.

Work experience outside of childcare has mainly been in cafes, where I have been a supervisor. I was a supervisor at Starbucks for four years, so I am more than capable of maintaining organization and executing plans, as well as keeping my cool if something goes not as planned. I have been working since a young age, so I am extremely reliable and mature, but I also value maintaining a down to earth attitude while having fun and being silly.

I love working with kids, discovering the big beautiful world while they teach me a few things !
