About Me
Hi there :) I am a trained Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher, offering mindfulness programs to students of all ages. My schedule is very flexible so I am able to offer the MBSR programs based around your caregiving needs. I am healthy, happy, peaceful, compassionate, musical, playful, theatrical and creative. My work history is as a school teacher, yoga teacher and now mindfulness teacher. I grew up in the Okanagan Valley, B. C., Fundy Bay, N. B., BA degree in Halifax, lived throughout the Mediterranean and Asia for 7 years, Montreal for the last 5 yrs and am now moving to BC this summer to finally nest. I have lived with and cared full-time for both my grandmothers when they were ill with Alzheimers, pneumonia and broken hip. I have been a nanny for many families from newborns and up. I have worked with youth, children and adults in various mindfulness programs in schools, colleges and at McGill university. It would be a pleasure to offer the most compassionate, healthy, loving care to your family. Thank you kindly for your time.
