I am currently a Respite Care Giver for two different children through BC Community Options, and one child privately in the Oak Bay Area. These children vary from the ages of 9-16, and in both their developmental delays and disabilities. I am also a Tutor for the Tutor Doctors for Vancouver Island. My students vary in the ages of 5-18, and I mostly work with these individuals on their Language and Grammar skills. I am both enthusiastic and competent in one-on-one settings, which is complemented by my prior experiences working with a large number of individuals with developmental delays in a multitude of capacities. I graduated from the University of Ottawa with a double major of Linguistics and Psychology, and I am hoping to get back into school for a rehabilitative type profession (i. e. an Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist). I am a very caring, passionate and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children of all ages, behavioural types or developmental delays.
