    I am currently employed as an elementary teacher with the Waterloo District School Board, with experience teaching students from Kindergarten to Grade 8, and Special Education. My husband and I live in Kitchener with our dog, and are hoping to add to our family soon. I grew up in an active household, and continue to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and any water sport you can think of. I am available to work in July and August, assisting families with their children's summer activities. All of my past employment has been centred around the care of children - program development at KidsAbility, Nanny for 8+ years, therapist for children with Autism, camp counsellor, and sports coach. I am happy to provide additional information and references upon request, as I have not included reference information on my profile to protect my past employer's privacy.
