About Me
I have tremendous experience with children. I have babysat since I was old enough to, ran children's activities for town events and even participated in Brain Day, in which I instructed a classroom of elementary school students for half a day on multiple occasions.
I love kids. I hope to one day be a pediatric neurosurgeon at Sick Kids Hospital, and am currently following that path at the University of Toronto. I am pursuing an Honors Bachelor of Science with a double major in Neuroscience and Cell and Molecular Biology, and a minor in Spanish.
When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes many toddlers. I also play volleyball, volunteer at the Orangeville Branch OSPCA and volunteer for the Shelburne Rotary Club every year at the Shelburne Fiddle Competition.
I live with my parents and brother in Orangeville when I am not at school, and with my grandparents in Scarborough when I am in school. I try to come home a lot during school because I am very family oriented.
I am comfortable working with kids of all ages, as I have experience with every age group, and am willing to perform household chores such as cooking and cleaning. I can also help kids with homework, as I have been an honor roll student my whole life and have tutoring experience. In addition, I have access to a vehicle which I can use on the job.
