  • About Me

    I am in my last term of Natural Resource Conservation at the University of British Columbia. Since moving away from my home neighbourhood I don't have the same families that I use to babysit! I want to get back into babysitting and this seems like the perfect opportunity. I believe that childcare should be a very positive experience!

    When I was 11 I attained my babysitting certification through the red cross. Since then I have followed through on my training and also received my NLS lifeguarding certification.

    I have been babysitting since the age of 11 which adds up to be 12 years of experience! I also have four years experience at Evans Lake Summer Camp, a sleep-away camp in Squamish. For two of the years at the summer camp I performed as a certified NLS lifeguard. Ski instructing ages 3-14 at Cypress for 3 years. More recently I also instructed elementary school children in Whistler on Alta Lake for canoeing and kayaking. I have also been employed at the Whistler Babysitting company. Just last summer I was the Chief Supervisor at Momentum Ski Camp in Whistler.
