With 2 years clinical experience of older adult care through my nursing degree, I am confident in attending to the personal care needs of patients in a sensible manner. Through my educational background and previous jobs, I have developed excellent verbal and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, effective interpersonal skills, and the capability to efficiently handle difficult and sensitive issues. I believe in preserving personhood and patient centred care by caring for patients with dignity and respect.

I do have to complete my summer practicum in a hospital this July until August for about three shifts per week. That being said, I am still able to work while I complete my practicum
