    Hi my name is Accalia i am 18 years old going on 19 and currently living in Dundas. I graduated Highschool last June and am looking for a job with children. I have lots of experience with kids as i grew up in a big home, having twin brothers and i did a lot of babysitting for family members and family friends. When i was completing my last year of highschool i spent a semester doing a co-op position in a grade 2 classroom working with 20+ kids a day sometimes all on my own, and on specific days i would work one on one with children with disabilities. I also helped with the schools lunch program to help ensure that the kids would be getting a healthy snack and are up to date on what is good for you and whats not. I had met all of their parents by the end of the school year and had landed a few babysitting jobs over the next few months helping out weekly before and after school. By doing this it helped me decide that i want to go to Mohawk College in the fall and complete the 2 year ECE program to then go on and get my teaching degree so i can be a primary school teacher. I have a love for cooking as i learned how to at a very young age. I can make full meals as well as fun DIY snacks to get your kids eating those fruits and vegetables. I am very responsible and respective and i like to consider my self very outgoing, loving the outdoors and always trying new things. I am extremely dependable and very organised. I am definitely one who loves cleaning and will take on any mess with a smile and excitement. My favourite activities are being outside and painting, or cooking up 50 cupcakes just for the fun of it. Getting even more experience with children makes me that much more excited for it to be my full time job in the future. I have no problem with household tasks as well as very specific child needs. I am so welcoming to new people in my life and always like to give off a happy, positive vibe.
