Hello mommies and daddies. I am a friendly, fun loving, and caring 21-year-old female, highly experienced in taking care of young children. Aside from growing up with two younger siblings, I have been babysitting children in my home neighbourhood for eight years. I also spent May and June of last year (2014) as a live-in Au Pair in New York City, looking after a 5-6 month old baby girl. Most of my interest and experience is with babies and younger children. I also worked as a figure skating coach for four years, coaching kids from ages 3-12, and volunteered in a Girl Guiding Unit as a Sparks leader for three years.
I am currently living in Sackville, NB attending my final semester of my undergraduate degree, but will be living in Halifax this coming May 12th. My degree is in Drama and Psychology, so I am quite animated, I know fun games, and I have taken a psychology class on child development.
I am truly passionate about caring for babies and children, and being around them fills my heart with joy. I would love an opportunity to be a full or part time babysitter.
