Beaney is absolutely wonderful. She is smart, takes directions well and assesses the company needs on her own. She is a great leader. She can organize events and information. She worked for me as my assistant director. She would make suggestions to me on how to proceed with the plans I was making. She has good follow through and anticipates what needs doing and needs little supervision. In my absence she worked in my place as the director of the program. She also worked as a tutor for junior high students in math, science, reading, art, and various activities. I hated to see her go. The next company will be so lucky to have her.
