My name is Brittany and I am currently a third year nursing student at the University of Manitoba. I was born and raised in Winnipeg by my two parents who are both in the business industry. I have one sibling, a brother, who is currently in his 3rd year of dentistry.
I have worked with various groups of people through school and job opportunities. With school, I have completed my geriatrics rotation, labour and delivery rotation, and surgery rotation, all of which has given me extensive opportunities to work with various ages, ethnicities, and groups of people.
I have been a dance teacher for 8 years and have worked with children ranging from 3-18.
I have worked with children and teenagers with developmental disabilities for 6 years. With this, I have worked at summer camps as a one-on-one aid, as well as private home respite.
I am a reliable and honest worker and love to help others. I have my criminal record check, child abuse registry check, and adult abuse registry check. As well, I am CPR certified.
I believe in having a strong and genuine relationship with my employers and will always strive to perform to my best ability.
